EMDR is an evidence-based therapy for processing and recovering from traumatic experiences, anxiety, phobias and performance enhancement.

I am trained in providing EMDR both in person as well as online using video.

I am trained in Somatic Experiencing trauma therapy and can provide this over video sessions.

CPT is a specialized, evidence-based cognitive behavioural psychotherapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. This therapy usually involves 12 weekly sessions over12 weeks or twice per week sessions over 6 weeks.

Depending on your insomnia symptoms, CBT for Insomnia can provide significant relief for insomnia in as little as 4 to 8 sessions.

I provide individualized therapy-oriented mindfulness training. My teaching is based in 15 years of intensive training in and personal mindfulness practice in daily life and on retreat. I completed my professional MBSR teacher training and certification at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
