Great value and excellent communication! Now that Toronto allows for laneways to be constructed, we hired JP Lucky Construction to convert our old garage into a new laneway suite for rental. Right from the get go they were very professional and very on top of responding to all my questions. I knew nothing about construction or any of the permit process and they took care of everything from A-Z. The thing I was most impressed about was that they knew I wanted to make it into a rental unit and they catered my budget and quality of material towards renters while also maintaining the modern and minimalist design. I have already recommended them to my neighbours that were interested in a similar laneway house project. Definitely give them a shout!

After soliciting numerous quotes, I found Jp Lucky to be competitive and highly attentive. Her team’s response time was by far the best from any other company we spoke to and that level of service has not diminished since placing the order. They worked incredibly fast and efficient, removing 6 layers of old shingles and 4 layers of flat roof. They repaired damaged areas, replaced venting and cleaned the site before leaving. Did a great job.

I hired JP Lucky to help with my porch renovation. From the start, the job was done professionally and efficiently. Wendy is so friendly and always listens to my needs. Their team removed the old wood and railings from the porch and replaced them with new materials.

My wife and I hired JP Lucky to help with our bathroom renovation. From the demolition, the job was conducted cleanly. Wendy is so professional and always goes above and beyond for us. Their team removed the old bathtub and sink tiles from the floor and moved the plumbing.

Great work. The roof was done!
Getting the quote was fast and efficient. I was given a quote with 4 different types of roofing shingles and this gave me a chance to research on all of them. The prices did move up based on the quality and I preferred this method as it was easy to do comparison of the Shingles and decide on what would fit my budget and how my decision would be made.
Additionally Wendy, chased me to see if I am ready to do the roof after we had agreed on a price which was great since I wasn't as proactive.

Wendy was great since the beginning of our interactions. She's the owner and is on it from the moment an inquiry is received. She discounted her price to be competitive but didn't drop service levels. It was easy to ask questions, schedule the roofing day and review the terms of the agreement. Communication was timely and easy through text, WhatsApp and phone. The job started earlier than scheduled and was done earlier too! James, the on-site supervisor, greeted us at our door and gave us updates.
