I was pleased with the client service at J & N Painters. After the project was completed, my staging manager with my Real Estate brokerage was 'floored' when she saw the fence. She said she had seen nothing like it and remarked when she stepped out of the sun room. The whole backyard looks so fresh and the colour of the fence gives you a sense of peace and tranquility. I received painting service from J & N Painters on December 14, 2013 for 3 bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen. Jay provided me personalized service by helping me choose the right colors and recommending different styles. I decided to go with a feature wall design for my living room. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround time and the attention for detail. At first I was hesitant to give this company my business because I heard horror stories about other painting companies such us charging too high for messy jobs. I also usually paint my own walls. But this time around I wanted a professional finish for my new home. J & N Painters won me over from the start through their professional customer service and personalized painting service. J & N Painters did an excellent job painting my living room. Their customer service was above anything I’ve experienced before. The office woman, I think her name was Mi-lu, called me and wanted to know my situation and work something out that would be good for me. Basically, they really wanted to make me happy. I just found J & N Painters in the phone book and I was amazed how good they were. And the guy who came to paint, I think his name was Jay, was very diligent, accurate and precise with his work.
