Services

This is a process through which you and I will work one-on-one in a safe, caring, anti-oppressive and confidential environment. My intention is to provide you with the necessary space you require in order to better explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviours, and work through some challenging aspects in your life. I will work collaboratively with you in order to set some goals, generate a better understanding of yourself, and work towards the change that you’re after.

Individuals seek therapy for many different reasons, from coping with life challenges or trauma, to dealing with depression or anxiety, to simply desiring personal growth and greater self-knowledge. If you feel that you could use some support, reach out – I’m here to help when you’re ready.

Couple's therapy can definitely be a scary place to be. Maybe there’s something going on in your relationship with your partner(s) that you aren’t entirely happy with. Whether you’re engaged, dating, married, partnered to one or more individuals, I will work with the relationship in a safe, anti-oppressive space where we can begin to explore the different aspects of your relationship. You’ll be able to explore how your individual backgrounds, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviours may be impacting your relationship in both positive and negative ways.

My goal is to work with your relationship to identify the specific areas of conflict or other aspects of your relationship that you would like to change. We will then, collaboratively, work through these issues in our sessions together. If you feel that your relationship could use some support, reach out – I’m here to help when you’re ready.

Many people have a hard time talking about sex at all – so that fact that you’re here looking for solutions is fantastic! It’s normal for some clients to feel anxious when seeking a sex therapist for that very reason – we don’t often talk about it! In sex therapy, my goal is to work with you in a safe, collaborative, and anti-oppressive way to address some of the sex related issues that are involved in your relationship – such as sexual performance, frequency of sex, or relationship problems to name a few.

Also know that sex therapy sessions don’t involve any physical contact or sexual activity while in session. Like couple’s therapy, I’ll be focusing on your relationship while emphasizing on the sexual aspects of it.
