I booked Imagica photobooth for an event last night. Their customer service is beyond what one would expect. I've talked to various other companies and these guys were the only ones on the ball with getting back to me in reasonable time, answering all my questions and giving me exactly what I asked for. I was very pleasantly surprised. Their on site customer service was hands down the best. The girl who operated the photo booth was so friendly and positive we all felt amazing while taking photos. She really made the experience so much better and she really did cheer everyone on! I can't write enough good things about her.I highly recommend their services! More...

If there...was such thing.... as 6 stars IMAGICA would definitely get it!!!! Searching endlessly for.... "just the right" photo booth package for my daughter's huge milestone. ..... I came across IMAGICA with great packages that couldn't compare to the rest. Joseph was our amazing photo booth attendant that everyone loved!!! He was very patient and understanding when it came to my party group of all ages!!!!!! (especially the teenagers that loves taking pictures) Each package came with amazing add-ons and fun props, too fit the occasion like cool sweet 16 sunglasses!!! What do you love most about your job?
I love going to events and being a catalyst to the fun and excitement. I love interacting with people and giving them something awesome to go home with.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been involved in events (both corporate and personal) for the past 19 years and the photo booth business was a natural extension of what I have done for so long before. I love the autonomy of being "my own guy" and being able to create a great standard of living by doing it.
