How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Very, what we eat determines our energy levels, our mood, our decisions and how our bodies function. The nutritional choices we make at every meal will impact our day to day lives and our overall well being. Every person is different and it is important that each individual finds which foods works best for their body.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people learn about how the food we eat every day impacts both our short-term and long term health. Helping people realize that eating a whole foods mainly plant based diet is the only answer to improved health and wellness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I struggled with eating well and as a personal trainer I felt pressure to look a certain way and I didn't know how to fuel my body. I also struggled with allergy, headaches and bloating and I didn't know why. I became a Nutritionist and now I can help others with their issues.
Why should our clients choose you?
My goal when working with clients is to educate each person to learn what works for their bodies and their lifestyles, not to follow a meal plan. I work collaboratively with each person to figure out what works best for them and what is at the root cause of their health concerns.

Yes, all of my services is remote only. All of my consultations are via phone call and email.
