Hendows is a welcoming family restaurant, cozy and with a touch of class. There is something for everyone, whether it's ribs, burgers, steak or prime rib, or seafood pasta, chicken parmesan, or the best breakfast in Peterborough. They also serve vegetarian and Keto. What a pleasant surprise! A small, family run restaurant with incredibly delicious home-cooked food. Warren's ribs are to die for whether they are sweet, spicy or stuffed. I'm a rib gal and these are the best ribs in the city! Chicken, turkey, roast and ribs are slow-cooked on the smoker until they reach a mouth-watering, smoky tenderness. Breakfasts consist of hearty comfort-food! You won't leave hungry. We've eaten at Hendows Fine Food several times and, with our busy lives we tend to order a lot of take-out. My husband Greg came upon Warren one day, and I haven't cooked since. lol Warren is an amazing chef, and friend, always accomodating, to your every whim! My family and I have had the pleasure of dining at Warren's restaurant on several occasions. Every time we walk away full and impressed with our meals. The omelettes are simply delicious with a variety of options to have it made the way you want. His ribs are a family favourite! The meat is done to perfection with a nice savoury sauce. Just had breakfast at Hendows today and it was delicious. If you're looking for a cozy and comfortable spot that's locally owned and operated and offers great prices too, try them out. Omelettes are wonderful and just the right amount of home fries...many places heap them on and often I can't finish them. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Hired Hendows Fine Food for our wedding, and I have no complaints in fact id recommend them.
