Well it's been a long day. My girl has worked very very hard and I really do appreciate it, I can't tell how much. Because this computer is my link to all thing's most of all family I don't know what I would do without it. So hour's of hard work has been done today and again I am very thankful for her hard work. My son Philip tried contacting HP, but they are playing very smartly, they have photoshopped everything, everything as it is on HP’s website apart from the number. I'm very sad to say that they are charging money for NOTHING, the minor issue which takes 2 minute of work, they charge $70 for that, I got the issue resolved from a friend and it needed nothing but uninstallation and reinstallation of my printer softwares which are easily available on HP website and pitching for warranty in 200 bucks is simply a theft mate.
