"THE BIGGEST SANDWICHES IN TOWN"God, I'm such a fan! Though I've only been twice, already not over how flavoursome these sandwiches are. They have chicken and beef, and deli and sausages... all in ONE sandwich isn't that the greatest thing ever? In one sandwich you taste four-five types of meat.Definitely your fan forever. We had a craving for roast beef sandwich so decided to check this place out. Â We got the Roast Beef Special (warm sandwich) and the Haida Hot (warm sandwich) with chicken. Â The lady helping me didn't speak English and I ended up pointing at the menu.The roast beef sandwich which was $12.99 was a foot long. Â The roast beef want more of a shaved roast beef deli type roast beef which want what we wanted but oh well. Â The sandwich was suppose to come with mushrooms but we didn't get any... Actually we got one mushroom (see picture). Â Not impressed. Â The size of the sandwich was decent, but I expected it to be large enough considering the price.The Haida Hot sandwich was okay. Â The chicken is more the deli chicken and not grilled chicken. Â The potato sticks are not Hickory Sticks... Probably a different brand.I would be giving 3 stars because our experience was only okay but the fact we only got a small piece of mushroom, I'm giving 2 stars. Haida is known for their Persian style sandwiches and pizzas. Their sandwiches are jam packed with lots of fresh meats and veggies. They are available with an assortment of both hot and cold sandwiches. These mega sized sandwiches are perfect enough for 2 people. The pizzas are also delicious. Loaded with cheese and fresh ingredients. I really enjoy this place for great sandwiches and good value. Please check online for their specials. In tough times like social distancing, I like to recommend this take out/delivery restaurant. Â Great customer care along with great food. Food was okay/good.I had the Haida sandwich (six inch). Â It was a little sloppy the way it was put together. Â I wasn't crazy about the "beef sausage" being a beef hot dog wiener. The honey garlic wings were okay. Â I liked the choices of beverages. Delicious deli sandwiches that are absolutely MASSIVE! I ordered the Haida sandwich and shared it with two others for lunch because it was simply too big for one meal. The ingredients were fresh and toppings generous. It definitely blows any other sandwich out of the water. The price point for a sandwich at lunchtime runs a little high and that steals away a star but if you consider the volume of food you get, it's definitely worth it. More...
