I was looking to get out my lifestyle Issues due to COVID lockdown and get back into fitness routine and I found Gymguys through Bark. Crystal, the owner is very professional. She heard me out and understood what I needed. Firstly I was setup for a free session with Nick (trainer). From that session I got good vibes about the whole program though I was a bit skeptical about it being remote training. However after I few sessions I feel good about it. Nicks has been excellent. He would follow up after every session to see how my body is doing. Also during the session he gives you time to rest but does not let give up and always pushes you. Crystal does the nutrition advising part. Overall I highly recommend to get a personal training if you feel you’re in the rut of not working out.
