What do you love most about your job?
I love hearing your unique and authentic story. Each individual brings a different set of strengths to our sessions and I work with you to help you recognize the strengths you have, set goals with you and help develop your skills and awareness of self.
What inspired you to start your own business?
While there are many therapists in the community, what sets me apart is the ability to provide high quality service at an affordable price. I wanted to provide a safe space that was non-judgmental and affordable to individuals to see counselling/therapy.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been in the helping profession for over 20 years. I am relationship-based and truly believe that you need to trust your therapist to move forward. I am trained in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused interventions. I am licensed as a Registered Social Worker and am authorized and licensed to perform restricted activities by the Alberta College of Social Workers. I can direct bill for some insurance companies and this service is considered psychological services in your insurance plan for those who prefer to pay and be reimbursed.

We offer online and phone counselling services. We use our secured booking and video software to offer clients the ability to access counselling services from the comfort of their home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have created an office space with distancing to allow clients to be comfortable. Hand sanitizer is also available.
