I called Guest Plumbing when my drain backed up one evening. The Guest Plumbing team offered great customer service and an immediate response sending two technicians out the next day to snake my drains and fix the problem. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, explaining that my drains had a serious root problem but nothing they could not handle. The job was done quickly and professionally. Guest Plumbing even went out of their way to follow up the following day to make sure everything was alright and talk about possible permanent solutions to the issue in the future. I needed assistance with install of sink and ensure compliance with the code in doing so. Guest plumbing gave me a quote from my email description and promptly came and did the work. They were professional in their work and in all of their interactions. When they left you would not have known they were there other than the install being complete. I have only good things to say about Guest Plumbing. After purchasing my first house in April, I reached out to Dan Guest about having some major work done on my house. We relocated and created two separate laundry areas in my home, added additional plumbing in the kitchen and created a brand new bathroom in the basement. Dan was prompt with coming to estimate the work and his company was prompt with getting the job completed with care. Roger was the main technician who worked on my home. He was friendly and reliable. I was able to reach out to him any time I had questions (and I had many!) and answered in a way that it was easy for me to understand. Through Guest Plumbing's connections with EMCO, I was able to pick some beautiful kitchen and bathroom fixtures at a reasonable cost. I would 100% work with Dan Guest and his team again if needed.
