Does a terrible job at SSL. I have had my site go down almost every month because Plesk can not update DNS records for SSL challenge. It says my certificate is good until DEC but actually it is already expired. I am moving out of plesk because of this issue. More...

Instructions we have followed didnt solve our problem (we are a third party, acting on behalf of our client), can't send a support ticket unless you have a partner ID or license key, can't do that unless you pay for support, and can't contact anyone as all the numbers on the website, go through to voicemail!
