When I started my property management business in 2011, I was like many startups a one-man show. The problem was that people do things their own way but my customers like it the way I do it. Clients started soon asking me that they wish that I would service them personally.

That is all good, I love serving my clients, but there is a limit and there is life. At that stage of my entrepreneurship, I owned a job and not a business. The growth of your business is limited if you are the only person servicing your customers, you can only service so many customers. Once you get help, you need to make the service delivery is consistent. You want your whole team to deliver the service the way you do. Your customers love your way. This is why you need to develop your business systems. Document your processes, optimize them and train your team to execute them. That's the moment when you start owning a business that can work without you.
But first things first. It is a good problem to have, to have too many customers to service. First, you need to find your customers (or have the customers to find you). You can offer the greatest service, but until you deliver your service, your potential customers only know how good is your marketing.
