Cleaning - Basic
Whole house, condo or apartment cleaning weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Example 2 bedroom + 2 bathrooms = $130 4 hour minimum. ( extra based on the size of the house.)
BONUS - 2 free hours for every 10 hours of service preformed. 2 hours free for referrals who purchase my services.
Not included in the Basic Cleaning Service: oven cleaning, window, garage or spring cleaning. See Deep Cleaning
Moving and Organization / Staging Services
Preparing for the sale of a house including decluttering and rearranging rooms; packing or unpacking of personal items; closet, kitchen or garage organization; garden cleanup; garage organization; staging consultation.
Fixed rate of $30 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
Deep Cleaning
This includes a deep cleaning including: windows, walls, ceilings, floors and carpets. This is perfect for spring cleaning, end of tenancy or moving in cleaning. Ask us for a quote.
General Handyman Services
Ted is Mr. Fix IT with lots of experience having built his own home doing all of his own maintenance.
General household repairs including but not limited to: closet redesigns; replace light fixtures; replace sink or taps; installation of storage units or anything to prepare a house for sale. Not included: drywall, major construction or landscape projects.
