What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
I’m a people photographer (mainly weddings and portraits) so it’s key that I have good people skills. In addition to mastering your craft you have to be friendly and connect well with people.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Good communication is really important to good results. In addition to the obvious basic questions, questions like what “style” and what “mood” you’re after can help me plan right for my shoot. How I light and edit my photos can make all the difference. It’s good to ask these questions in advance to know if we are the right fit.
What do you love most about your job?
I love photography as a creative medium but more than that I love meeting and working with new people all the time. Every person, every couple I meet have their own unique story to tell and I find that amazing. I also love the happy and excited expressions on people’s faces when they see their final images. That’s why I’m a people photographer and not a product photographer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always loved the visual arts. The idea that I can create my own world within 4 frames is irresistible. I feel like a magician sometimes.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a unique style. I did fashion photography for a good part of my career so when I shoot weddings or portraits my images always have a fashion flare to them..the angles, the lighting, the editing. On a personal level I’m very friendly, respectful, and professional.

We follow all safety instructions, from wearing a mask to sanitizing to distancing.
