Gina went above and beyond!
I was looking for a move out cleaning (and didn´t want to risk losing my deposit)
From the moment I was looking for a cleaner, she got in touch with me and was very personable which gave me a good feeling.
She went and checked the apartment and gave a closer quote for it, always communicating and being on time.
I must say that the cleaning was done incredibly! even the building manager was surprised at how the apartment was being returned.
Very happy with Genie Helping Hand´s work and highly recommend it.

How long have you been in business?
Our journey began in January 2019. Since then we have expanded the services we offer and we are continuously adapting our policies to better your experience.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring commercial grade eco-friendly and 100% biodegradable cleaners. Our disinfectants are hospital grade and guaranteed to kill harmful viruses, bacteria and mould. We properly disinfect our vacuums & other equipment in between clients to ensure we are only removing germs from your home.
What do you love most about your job?
We experience something new everyday. Though we are quick and thorough, we like to have a good time! Cleaning can be a great motivator and work out, it wouldn't be a surprise to see one of our members jamming out with their headphones in while they bust a move with a mop.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was that busy family that needed help. Many companies would offer the services I needed, but I found there was always a service missing, it was outrageously expensive, and the results didn't really motivate me to continue. The customer experience was "robotic" and not personal. We strive to do a job well done and we do it in a manor that makes our clients feel like they matter
Why should our clients choose you?
Our personal touch is unique! Our team members are based on values, not just experience. Each person is screened for criminal backgrounds and undergo proper orientation and training using our above industry standards.
One time Cleaning
Are you having guests over this weekend and need a home refresher? We have you covered. We will scrub & disinfect your kitchen, bathrooms and high traffic areas. Dust top to bottom, spot clean walls, windows & blinds, and vacuum/mop the floors. Fall in love with your home again with our flawless results
Scheduled Cleanings
Our busy clients stay motivated to keep the house maintained while we keep up with the tedious chores no one wants to do. We start with an initial clean that typically takes a bit more TLC than your routine clean. Once the initial clean is complete, we will then come in when it is most convenient for you and maintain our results! Add laundry or grocery delivery to your appointment and not only have your food and laundry done, your pantry and dresser stays organized and you can take advantage of our bundle savings!
Moving Services
Whether it's just a move-out clean you need help with, or packing and cleaning, we can help in both the old house and the new house! We have packages available to help every step of the way. Moving doesn't have to be chaotic and stressful and hiring a company to help doesn't have to be expensive!
Commercial Cleaning
Are people getting sick at the office? Reducing the germs in and around your office means less sick days from your employees! Keep your hard working team healthy and happy in a germ free and organized workplace. Our hospital grade disinfectants will not only kill germs & bacteria on surfaces, they leave your office protected
Dog Walking
We take your dog on a 45-60 minute walk around their neighbourhood! We provide treats (with your permission), toys to play with and waste bags to clean up after them!
