Coach Ryan is surely one of the of the best trainers out there - not just because he is a good trainer, but because he offers an intelligently structured small group training program. It's based on targeting multiple muscle groups during the week, in carefully planned strength and conditioning workouts that develop strength, flexibility, stamina and most importantly the skill and technique underlying complex crossfit movements. After deciding to go with Hayward @ Home, I was pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail and unique approach that Ryan took during our training sessions. Each session was filled with a variety of workouts that focused on specific muscle groups and goals. Ryan made sure to educate me on the importance and purpose of each workout while making sure that the exercises were being conducted properly and safely. Amazing personal trainer! He really focused on my technique in which I have improved in my mobility in areas were I was tight and struggled to use on a daily basis. I have been attending Hayward @ Home Fitness since April 2017 and I have physically seen results that I am very pleased with. Before attending in April I was lazy and never saw a point in working out but now I am a regular customer that he pushes every session harder then the last. I am so glad that I get the opportunity to work with Ryan. He is very personable and really listens to what you need out of your exercise sessions with him. I first contacted Ryan to help make a program that could help keep me in shape with my busy schedule. Sometimes I only get the opportunity to workout once or twice a week, and he makes sure that I get the most benefit from each training session. What I like most is that he gives me stuff that I can be doing on my own that's functional to my life.
