I went to this salon for my birthday to treat myself for a mani pedi. In the beginning, I enjoyed the atmosphere. I wanted an extension on my nails and mentioned i was new to the dipping powder process. I showed my lack of satisfaction of the sparkle nail polish and mentioned it to the lady doing my nails. The receptionist asked me for my feedback and I mentioned how the nail polish was see-through and I wasn't informed that it would be the case - the nail sample was misleading and wasn't a good representation of the end result. Two ladies quickly accosted me and started arguing with me blaming me for everything that went wrong. One of them lied that I said i love them very much. I was disappointed by this dishonesty and felt disrespected. I also noticed that i was charged $5 dollars extra, however the lady didn't mention any of that when i asked for the upgrade. I was too drained by then to continue the conversation.I wanted my birthday to be a special day, especially in such a difficult time like the pandemic. More...

Worst Experience - Got a call 45 minutes before asking if I could come in early because the technician I was suppose to have was sick. Told them I would try but could not guarantee. Got there and there was 2 technicians and only one other customer, I was told they were over booked. Did not feel welcomed. The tech only scrubbed one foot with the scrapper , it was a 20 minute pedi with a 1 minute not very pleasant foot massage. I asked if I could add shellac to the groupon that I got, she said no. Then the owner called to talk to me he was very rude and said that if I wanted shellac I could only have a manicure or a pedi not both. My nails are already y chipping . Worst ecperience I had I thought going to a nice salon I would get great service and quality service. I would not recommended this place to my worst enemy. Do not purchase the groupon for here ...save your money and go somewhere else. More...
