Awesome vibe - trainers and participants. The 45 minute duration is surprisingly enough for workout. The variety in classes is also good - focusing on different aspects of fitness. It’s a small place but they make excellent use of it. I attend the last class for the day and sometimes it happens that there are no towels in men’s room. So check it before you undress for the shower! Parking is also convenient - underground visitor parking of the building which is free for one hour and if you stay more than an hour then you can get a ticket from them that gives one additional hour of parking. F45 has truly been a life-changing experience. Only 3 weeks in of joining and I am starting to see results mentally and physically. I've joined almost every HIIT fitness boutique out there and for the longest time F45 kept popping up in my recommendations. After seeing very little results and boredom from the mundane routines in the other boutiques, I finally decided to join F45 - and my only regret is not starting any sooner.A little pricier than most yes, but it's way better to be surrounded by knowledgeable trainers who push and correct your form. Their classes are always different and sometimes they offer workshops bringing in experienced specialists discussing the importance of muscle groups and their form. They even provide meal plans and in body scans, where else could you go for that. In the long run your investment is beneficial for you. And this is by far the best investment I've made for myself. In less than 3 weeks I had to buy new pants! I lost more weight here than the other HIIT boutiques. F45 works.The location is great for employees and/or residents in the area. There is basically 2 hours of free parking - which you won't even use unless you use their amazingly clean showers. The facility is clean and everyone treats you like family. They look out for you and motivate you to always try harder - but also ensuring your form isn't compromised. Coach Rocky is amazing, along with all the coaches in this location. F45 currently offers a trial period - try it for yourself, ask a friend to join you and just see why F45 is functional.It's your turn to be stronger, healthier and happier. More...
