Building connections, and empowering others.
In my experience training clients has always been a positive experience. Challenging your mind and body isn't always easy, but when the same people are coming back each week excited to do it all over again makes me happy.
I do my best to create an environment that is judgement free, and open.
Working with a trainer can make some people feel very vulnerable, so building trust and a level of comfort is always important to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Getting positive feedback inspired me to offer a service that is private and personalized.
