Update: I was contacted by the shop manager who was very professional and understanding. Although my busy schedule doesn't allow me the time to return with my vehicle, I'm very impressed with their willingness to help and overall professionalism. Had my 2015 Sierra cleaned here. Anyone I spoke to was friendly and professional, however upon picking my truck up, I was disappointed with the quality of work. While the interior is very clean, most of my carpeting in the truck was left DRENCHED. I was expecting the interior to be damp, with a little condensation on the windshield overnight, but I had actual water drops running down my windshield the morning after. I pulled my floor mats out to find that the carpet was almost soggy. The exterior detailing job was typical of what you would find at a used car dealership. I had wax left on my chrome grille bezel, bugs were waxed over, my chrome bumpers never received a thorough cleaning with water spots and most of the bugs from last weekend's trip to camp still remaining. I thought at first my clear coat was burnt from the polisher/buffer that may or may not have been used, however upon closer inspection I had tire and trim dressing everywhere on the truck. I wouldn't recommend Dr Clean to anyone who has any detailing experience of their own, and that take pride of ownership in a vehicle, seek the services of professional automotive detailers in that case, as the results will be to that of a higher standard. For those that simply want a clean car but are not meticulous, I'm sure you'd be happy with the work here.
