Rachelle is so caring and attentive to each pet's needs. She's taken care of my pet rabbit on many occasions and gives him so much attention which he would never get at a kennel. My husband and I had Rachelle look after our cat three times in the past few months for a week or longer each time and she went well above and beyond just feeding Mandu. I feel very lucky to have found Rachelle and Dogs X-ing! This was the first boarding experience for my black lab Elmo and I think he really enjoyed it. Rachelle went above and beyond; she took Elmo on a very short notice and she was very flexible with my drop-off and pick-up schedule. Rachelle has been a great help to me by both boarding my dog Lucy when I am away and walking her when I am busy at work. Lucy loves spending time with Rachelle, because she sleeps in her home without being in any kind of kennel and she is free to roam and visit Rachelle's other critters, like the guinea pigs; Lucy's favourite! I always come home to a very happy dog after Lucy goes for a walk with Rachelle and she is always tired out for the evening. Having both a dog and a baby and being on my own for a lot of the time, I can truly say that Rachelle has been a life saver for me and I appreciate everything she does for Lucy and I. Any dog that gets to spend time with her is very lucky. Thank you Rachelle, you are appreciated more than you know!

Mac has been with dogs crossing some he was about 3 months old. He's now 18 months and absolutely loves the team at dogs crossing. Rachelle, Thea and gabriel leave journal entries after every walk, and there is always pictures of our baby on the Facebook page, and texted to us regularly. We are so thankful to have found Rachelle through a referral from a friend. We adopted our pup, Charlie, about two months ago and private training sessions with Rachelle have been fantastic! We have seen so much progress with the training and her expertise mean no frustrations while trying to figure out how to break bad habits and encourage good behaviour. She is passionate, knowledgable, and always ready to adapt the lesson plan as needed. My husband and I also travel semi-regularly for work and it is such a relief to know Charlie is in good hands boarding with Rachelle while we're gone. Rachelle has been super amazing with helping me and my mini poodle get to know each other. I've just adopted Bagel from Taiwan where he lived most of his 6 years as a street dog. So it was a challenge not only to teach him new things but also unteach what he'd previously learned in order to survive. Not to mention, I've never been a pet parent before so I need all the training we can get. Rachelle really listens to what your concerns are and customizes lessons for you and your pet. Rachelle and her team are the best. They are trustworthy. They come by to get our dog for pack walks every day of the week and we are very happy with their services. Our dog gets to exercise and socialize in a safe environment. Rachelle also helped us with training our 7 year old rescue. The training was personalized and very effective if you do the exercises. All I can say is WOW!
Rachelle has just started training my now 11 week old puppy Rogue. We have only had 2 training sessions as of yet but there has already been HUGE improvements & cannot wait until our next session with her!
