We absolutely love this place! Amazing, friendly staff and a nice daycare space too. They have a big outdoor area. Our dog always gets excited when he knows we're going to drop him off at dog taxi. He always comes home super tired from all the fun and exercise he's had. We have even left him over night and everything went smoothly. I trust these guys with our dog any day. My 6 month old pup goes to Dog taxi 5 days a week. He gets super exciting going to day care and pulls stronger as we get closer to the door. He sometimes smells like a dog when i get him back but that's because they are taken out in groups to the park to play and socialize. Knowing my puppy, he would throw himself to the puddles so that's fine. Friendly staff, always happy to see you and even happier to see the doggos. My dog had socialization issues. She would get aggressive towards other dogs pretty much everywhere. Because of her aggression, most day cares did not accept her. Finally I found dog taxi, they assured me that my dog would be given special care and kept separated from other dogs to avoid fights. My partner and I have been taking our dog here for over a year now - a bit embarrassed that we have only remembered to review now! John, Angela, Jorge, Christie, and all the other staff that we have met in that time have been wonderful. We adopted our dog when she was already 1.5 years old. A street dog from Qatar, she definitely had some behavioural issues and wasn’t that well socialized. But she was intelligent and eager to learn, so we knew there would be growth. When we introduced the folks at dog taxi to her, they instantly took a liking to her, and reassured us that she was more than able to develop better behaviour and interactions with other dogs. She has gone regularly - about 3 times per week - for more than a year now, and has also had a few hotel stays as well. The attention to detail, and the extreme care for all the dogs that they look after is so evident. All the staff are friendly, and get to know the dogs and their behaviour. They know which dogs are friends, and which don’t play well together - and more importantly, they work hard to minimize opportunities for fights. We love the instagram account, that is run mainly by Christie - it’s a fun way for us to keep in touch with them during the day and see how our dog is doing. We especially love it when we are traveling so we feel closer to our dog. They have a great big indoor facility and an outdoor yard across the street, so the dogs get lots of exercise and always come home spent. Drop off and pickup times are convenient, and rates are reasonable - particularly their packages! We live close by so access is easy, but we are aware they also offer a pickup and drop off service as well. They also have social nights every other Friday which is a great way to build community. Our only wish is that they offered daycare on weekends too, but this is not a huge issue for us. We highly recommend Dog Taxi to anyone looking for a great daycare for their dog! More...

So I thought I was being the best Husband. I bought my wife a puppy. I thought she said she wanted a border collie/ blue healer. What ended up happening was part blue healer part border collie and part Satan. The worst behaved dog of all time. That is until we took Retro to The Dog Taxi. They turned our dog around. My young high energy dog goes to dog taxi twice a week for day care, and he always comes home tired and happy. I send both him and my older dog to the hotel whenever I go out of town, and they both come home with better manners and are clearly very well taken care of. The staff here are amazing, and they are easy to get in communication with. They send photos of my dogs when I am away, and It is great to see my dogs on their Instagram story having fun with all the other dogs in the big yard. I have recommended this doggy daycare and hotel to many of my friends with dogs, and I would recommend It to anybody else who is busy during the week and does not want their pup to be home alone. These guys are amazing with dog training. John and Jorge are very good at working with dogs of all ages. The boarding dogs are very happy, well feed and well taken care of! They also have a great selection of raw dog food and they even deliver to your house. For doggy daycare, they're probably the best in the city since they pick up and drop off your dog from home!!
