Indy goes on pack walks with Dog Ed and always looks like she has so much fun! I love seeing photos and videos of her while I’m stuck at work.

We just finished up our puppy classes with Paige and we are beyond impressed. I have to say that I went in with pretty high expectations and Paige surpassed the heck out of them! I knew we would learn lots, but I was pleasantly surprised with the expectations Paige had for us. My pup was pretty insecure and shy when we started and we have learned how to build confidence and socialize along with basic life skills. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to do something fun and educational with their dog to check out Dog Ed. We are looking forward to group classes! More...

We just finished puppy class with Paige! She is one amazing person when it comes to dogs and we absolutely loved it, we went from not really knowing how to train our malamute husky to being full confident on how to train him and continue to train him after the class. I really like the idea of the NO TREATS when training dogs. More...

I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in Paige's group class. She has a unique way of helping you uncover the full potential of what both you and your dog are capable of achieving. My main goal of the class was to work on the bond with my dog and I now have the skills and tools to continue doing so on my own in the future. Her methods allow you to incorporate your dog into your evwryday life, and doesn't just cover basic obedience. I would recommend her class to everyone, as she has a way of tailoring it to meet the groups individual needs as well. Thanks Paige! I'll definitely be back for more! More...

Just finished the puppy class with Paige. I was very pleased with the skills we learned, they were exactly what we needed! Being a first time dog owner, I had no idea how to train our dog and she was very helpful and gave great instructions that were easy to learn and have made life with our new family member that much better! Would absolutely recommend! More...

We just finished a group class with our dog Stella. It was amazing, I love that there's no treats involved.. we have bulit a better bond with our dog because of it which fosters better listening and training! If you put in the work you will see results, our dog now walks better on a leash, listens better and has developed a lot more patience in high engery situations! Would recommend Paige to anyone! :) More...

Thanks for putting on a good puppy class, Paige. :) I wanted to take a class mainly because our dog is a farm dog and doesn't get a lot of socialization opportunities. I thought it would be good for him to have 6 weeks of regular meet ups at a crucial time in his development. My dog Tucker definitely got lots of socialization; I really liked (and he loved) the off leash play time at the end of each class. It isn't that your dog comes away from a class being well trained in everything he/she learned..it is that you have the skills and the foundation to continue teaching them whatever it is you want them to know. Paige taught us lots of basic skills that are the foundation for introducing any new thing to your puppy, as well as teaching them to be more respectful and patient.

I chose Paige because I did not want to be treat-reliant. I had already noticed at home before taking the class that Tucker knew whether I had treats or not and would sometimes not listen if he knew I didn't have a treat for him. Now I just use treats occasionally (so it truly is a treat!) and he still listens well. Paige emphasizes that you need to put the time in to see results and that is so true. There are no shortcuts and you have to be consistent. If you don't put in the work, your dog will do what he wants. Do the work now and it will be worth it when they are more mature!

Tucker might be a bit of a basket case at class (all those lovely pups!), but it was fun to come home each week and have a new skill to work on. I feel like he is much more reliant on my direction now and often makes eye contact to 'check in' when he isn't sure about what to do. He also waits for me to give him the "ok" to go through a door, we are continuing to work on his sits and downs, and he is great with "stay". He also has more confidence to be around 'scary' things and to follow me wherever I go. I didn't realize that obstacles are a good confidence builder, and now I know!

Paige is also approachable if you have questions after class or need help with something specific. Thanks, Paige!

I brought Rosa, my 1 year old German Shepherd to Dog Ed. Dog Training and Pet Services today for an Intro class. Safe to say I was skeptical at first, I couldn't get within 20 feet of the group. .. ok skeptical and embarrassed, I had the bat shit crazy dog. Paige was so patient and took her for a spin, Rosa didn't bark once and I felt so defeated. Paige came back and said the exact words I needed to hear "she's very attached to you". Dang rights she is, but things started to make so much sense. After asking a few clarifying questions, things started falling into place. We were standing with the pack albeit not perfect... but we were within 2 feet of other dogs and Rosa was quiet... for the most part. This was a huge win!

No harsh punishment, just focusing on the bond with you and your dog, building the relationship that Rosa and I have a fantastic foundation for. I highly recommend checking Dog Ed out, for the first time in a long time I see a light at the end of the tunnel for one of my reactive 4 legged sillies.

Highly recommend! If you are willing to do the work with your dog, this trainer and the training will absolutely work for you! Our dog was problematic and aggressive and now she's a different girl. Much calmer and more laid back. We built up her trust in us and she realized that she didn't have to be in charge all the time, or on high alert. She is always ready to go on adventures and jump over what we ask, people are able to come over and not fear for their safety, and we continue to work on her skills every day with every walk, and its fun! You need to be dedicated to helping your dog be better, and you will reap the rewards. Absolutely recommend! More...
