What do you love most about your job?
This is not a job, it's my passion. I love that moment when the client's face lights up. That moment when a limiting belief has been let go and a new, empowering realization has come to the surface. When the client comes back for their next session and they share their incredible breakthroughs.
I love seeing clients liven up and step into their greatness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to live outside the box. To not have a job, but a passion.

Yes, online is always an option for clients. Once a session is booked, a private Zoom link is emailed directly to the client.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have online options available. If the client prefers in person, all safety protocols outlined by the government are followed.
Emotional Freedom Coaching
Customized to the client, combines Life Coaching with Tapping/EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technique). If called upon, will including Meditation & Mindfulness, and/or energy work. Sessions will include tools to assist you in reaching your intended goals for your sessions.
Mindfulness & Guided Meditation
Both group & individual sessions are available. Along with customized recorded sessions for home use.
Reiki and Mutli-Dimensional Healing
As a Reiki Master and Sound Reiki Master, I combine both techniques, including energy work that I'm intuitively guided to.
5D Breathwork
Combining many breathing techniques with toning, mantras, energy, and more. A very deep experience.
Becoming Shameless
People pleasing, no boundaries, selling yourself short, etc? Childhood shaming and guilting dims your light and has you attracting unhealthy relationships. Becoming Shameless releases the past traumas of shame and guilt.
