Unfortunately Diana there is a miscommunication here. You requested 2 girls 2 hrs. We communicated with you letting you know we were going to be late from the start. When we arrived you were very upset. Our supervisor let you know after you wanted your dishes washed, and there was a lot, that it will take up a lot of time as there was so many to do as housekeeping is not something we typically do. The other items you wanted done would not be able to get done then. You asked them to leave then sent me numerous messages threatening to give us a 1 star review and wreck our reputation. Sorry you’re not happy and that we are not a great fit as you require personal maid service. But we don’t deserve this as we came to your home to work and I really hope you find the service you need.

I had Eva & Lex come to clean my apartment for the first time, they were both so friendly & accommodating, they both gladly wore masks for me due to me being immunocompromised & they did a wonderful job cleaning! I love that I was provided a list of everything they were able to complete & what they would start with next time, as well as before & after photo’s of what they worked on. I booked with Theresa who was also wonderful! She was happy to communicate with me via email because it was easier for me (due to disabilities), she answered me very quickly & I was able to easily book in for different cleaning dates. Lady T is amazing, ours home has never looked so good. We had them do a one time thorough clean and now get them to clean once a month. The job they do is amazing, whether it is deep cleaning or maintenance it is all done so well. They are professionals who not only do a thorough job but the attention they give to detail is excellent. Hi Carmen. For your service you really need to look for a personal housekeeper. I did explain on the phone we don’t do food prep, child caring or personal chores. We are house cleaners and they did as much as they could with children in the area. I’m sorry you were not happy but I did try to explain that to you. Our girls are very efficient and never had a complaint before. I will look into it further. Thank you. I hope you find a person that can help your family out. You need a specialty service. Theresa and co were punctual, incredibly professional, brought their own supplies, no drama, and Wow did they ever do an amazing job! Lady T is an excellent cleaning service. They worked quickly and efficiently to clean my kitchen and my floors. I had only requested they help me clean the oven but after they finished they also cleaned the microwave and the cupboard doors and the sink. I am so happy because it was very difficult to clean the oven and now it is really clean like new.

I definitely recommend this cleaning service. Great value for money
