Couvreur Alexcellence Inc. (9260-9189 Qc inc.)

The never showed up for the inspection as they promised.
I would not recommend them.

It's November and we end up with a leaky shingle roof (note - the roof is still good for 8-10 more years!!). Alex and his team came prepared. Inspected the whole roof, noticed a problem with the venting stack and a few oxidized nails around where our leak was. They went to work quickly and fixed the issues they could see. They showed up on time, explained my issues, fixed them quickly at a reasonable price but more importantly I felt their honesty in the way they replied to my questions and in the way they addressed the visual deficiencies quickly without overstating the job.

If a little job gets this much attention to detail you know you can't go wrong with Alex and his crew. I highly recommend them!

Alex and his workers were prompt, organized and professional. They shingled my cabanon roof well,were polite and left the area clean.

We were beyond happy that we chose Couvreur Alexcellence to do our roof. They provided us with a quote within a day and the final price was exactly as quoted. The roof replacement was completed in 1 day (and done within a short time of receiving the quote).
They were so patient with all of our questions and very courteous and professional! They took the time to explain everything and the crew was top notch, also explaining things as they went and showing us the work as it progressed.

It was a pleasure doing busniess with Couvreur Alexcellence. They answered all my questions on phone and in person. We had a apoitment and they were on time.

Alex was available and accommodating. He patiently answered all my questions over the phone and in person. He showed up promptly with his team and even took the time to help out my neighbours experiencing similar roof-related issues.

Hello, we had ice dame on the roof on Feb 27th 2021 which caused water leakage in the house. Having done our roof in 2016, it was unexpected and out of panic I called several companies and left messages. Some replied and others didn't. Yes one of the company responded and promised to come on the day after but for whatever reason didn't make it.

Luckily I had also reached out to Couvreur Alexcellence Inc via Bark and I am really happy to say that they were a great professional team who kept their word. I appreciate the fact that Sonia responded asap and I got my confirmation on time as promised. I was even notified an hour ahead of their arrival.

I had a Leak on a flat membrane roof, it had been there for a while but I never knew. When the tenant moved out and I was renovating that's when I saw the damage. It was so hard finding ANY contractor to come and see, but Alex made time. He showed up and took the time to explain the issue. Offered an affordable solution, and managed to squeeze me in on the week-end so I would not halt the other renovations. I had a leaky roof for a while but never knew untill the tennant moved out. It was very hard to reach ANY contractor, but Alex made the time. He showed up, explained what the issue was, and fixed it within days as it was a 1 day job he could squeeze in. I was very impressed with this company. The work was beautifully done and the owner and workers were extremely polite. I have never seen a contractor work so cleanly and efficiently like this company. My roof is beautiful. I very highly recommend this company Alexcellence the name says it all!! I think you might agree: dealing with roofers isn't necessarily fun and it's a good thing it only happens once every 15 years, if you're lucky. .. But this recent experiencewith Couvreur Alexcellence was exceptionally productive, timely and even entertaining. Not cheap but extremely thorough problem-solving. What had been a major leak issue for months, with interventions by a variety of construction people, was solved by Alex and Denis in less than 24 hours.
