What inspired you to start your own business?
When I started my career, I had very little guidance. Either supervisors were too busy in their day-to-day work or they didn't know how to develop their staff. I realized that many people were missing this crucial guidance in developing key competencies / leadership skills in order to excel in their current roles and be better prepared for their future roles.
Luckily, I received some coaching within my large organization, but it wasn't made available to everyone. This inspired me to train as a Leadership / Executive Coach in order to help other professionals receive the strategic and customized guidance they need to truly excel in their field!
I actively listen and ask powerful questions to help my clients “dig deep” into an issue, all within a safe space. This empowers my clients to develop their very own action plans for successful personal and professional development!
