My dining chairs suffered red wine spilled and looked bad. Their tech Sean came out and told me he would do his very best to remove the stains. He managed to remove 95% of the stains. I used to try various types of cloths on my glasses but all still left streaks. I won $40.00 worth of Norwex cloths from Core Cleaning at Heart of Networking (thank you so much) so I used the Norwex Polishing Cloth on my glasses and WOW it got them clear and clean! Unlike many of the reviews here, Core Cleaning has actually CLEANED for me. They cleaned my house on many occasions, including once when I was preparing to sell. Absolutely stellar work. The carpets were spotless and the floors shined. They have done such great work consistently that I have hired them to come into my commercial office space and will do so again and again. I have always found the staff to be completely professional and while they are working, they do not stop for a moment. Please ignore the obvious liars who are leaving reviews here and hire this exceptional company. I am stunned, shocked and angry that anyone would troll a company's Google review page making false claims not realizing there are legal repercussions for this. The team at Core has cleaned for me since June of 2014. I have *never* had an issue with them but I am confident if I found a crumb on the floor after a clean this would be addressed ASAP and handled accordingly next time. The one thing that always presents well time after time is my kitchen. I have all stainless steel appliances and an oven that I hate to clean. After all housekeeping appointments my kitchen looks like a showroom every single time. There is also great care to address cat hair even though I have never requested this - even the cat tree gets a vacuuming! Those who don't think their hourly rate is worth it probably don't have previous experiences with services to compare to. I've been using a service since 2005 and housecleaning is definitely a "get what you pay for" kind of reality.
