C&M cleaning did an amazing job on a condo cleaning after a bad tenant situation:the carpet was very dirty and full of stains. For a general house cleaning, They were very fast without cutting corners or missing any dirty spots. This is great as it saves me money and my own time. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I was hoping for a greener, non toxic cleaning service, but that might not have been what Bark meant by “Eco-friendly”. Dear Client,
Our cleaning cost is determined by several factors, including frequency. The frequency of your cleaning will determine the most reasonable price and the most efficient time.
Monthly visits are fairly priced, biweekly visits are even more reasonable, and weekly visits offer the best value of all.
The first visit is typically longer, and that extra service is built into the initial quote when you inquire with us. We always recommend a deep cleaning and after that your regular maintenance cleaning. Your regular maintenance cleaning quote will reflect the cost to maintain your home on the frequency schedule you choose
Our prices are starting $35-$40
Commercial Cleaning
Commercial cleaning staring at $32 - $38/hr per cleaner.
Commercial cleaning price depends on the frequency of the schedule you choose.
