What do you love most about your job?
I love knowing that I am either helping people find a better workplace or helping leaders create better workplaces where everyone is able to shine and contribute in a meaningful way. I especially love the variety and diversity of my work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
That every upset, challenge, and experience so far was set up to ignite a passion for the work that I do. There was something inside saying this is your path and no matter how fearful I was there were opportunities and nudges along the way showing me that I am on the right path.
Why should our clients choose you?
Someone gave me this advice early on in my career and it was "just show everyone how much you care". There are lots of options for you to choose from and my intention is to ensure that you are spending your most precious resource (TIME) with someone who genuinely cares about you and your goals. I play full out and genuinely care about not what is best for me but YOU.

Career transition coaching packages that include:
Weekly 1 - hour coaching sessions, branding, resume writing, LinkedIn, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
Minimum of a 1-month package required
Sales Team Development
Training, facilitation, and caoching for individual sales professionals or intact teams.
Use a proven system to deliver training in-house or virtually to teams. Each training is customized to meet the team and organizational goals and objectives.
