Unreliable service: supposed to show up by 1:00pm I called by 1:30pm to see when they are coming they apologized and said they will be there by 3:00. On 1:46 received a message to confirm my appointment at 1:00pm (wish if I can show the screen shot of the message). By 2:15 they called to say they will not be able to make it. Don't waste your time. We booked a specific service less than 24 hours ago and two cleaners were sent and they did a great job. The oven wasn’t the worst oven I’ve ever seen, but it needed a deep clean. As we rent, we followed the oven manual cleaning instructions which aren’t great, but they gave us some advice on what to do going forward and offered to come back and take care of it if we had our landlord’s consent.
