Aris was an excellent cleaner! They were professional, well educated in upholstry cleaning, and did an amazing job. We got confirmation ahead of time of their arrival, up-front pricing, and pointed out every little thing about our upholstry, so we left the conversation knowing more about our own furniture than we had before! I hired Cleanora after talking to Aris on the phone and I was right away convinced I had the best person for the job. After a year and a half of not having my carpet cleaned by professionals because of COVID , I was looking for a company that was above the others in service, communication , price and quality of work. I definitely found that person at Cleanora and Aris and his helper Misa. My carpets looked and felt like new eventhough they are 25 years old. They were dried in a couple of hours and they smelled cleaned and all visible dirt and stains were magically gone.

The cleaning job was average, I guess the age old saying is true that you get what you pay for. There were numerous areas in the house that were left unwiped and only when my wife pointed it out, was it cleaned. I think that if they took their time they would have done a better job, it felt rushed. Another major issue for me is one of trust and honor. If someone lies or is not a man of their word then I will never hire them again. In this instance I was told when I refer friends or family they would get a discounted rate. However, when my family inquired a couple weeks after my house was cleaned, they denied ever telling me of the referral discount. More...

We are sorry you felt this way. We hoped you had notified at time of joint inspection or shortly after. We have noticed it took you 75 days to report the issue only after we declined to make a service booking for your brother cause of using foul and abusive language. We do not tolerate such behaviour toward our front-line staff whom risk their lives everyday during COVID. However, we are committed to exceeding customers expectation and we have a joint inspection in place before starting a job and after finishing a job. In the event something was missed we deploy our staff on the same day or next morning of to correct the issue.

Have them come in to do two staircases one of which was really stained from a leaking garbage bag. Both came up great and they even threw in a few area rugs to make sure I got my money's worth.
