So disappointed with her service. When we asked for a quote, we included the number of rooms, bathrooms and living areas. When she got there, she almost doubled her initial price . After some negotiations, we agreed on a price. We paid $420 to clean an empty house and basically just got the fridge and the oven cleaned and basic job in the bathrooms. No vacuuming, no windows, not the glass door or any wall. If at least some of these were done, we would be somewhat satisfied. More...

Your review is unfortunate especially since I worked all Friday evening to accommodate your urgent last minute request. When I arrived and spoke to the gentleman at the house, I indicated my actual quote once I saw the deplorable state of the the rental house. The price I gave over the phone was a starting price without seeing it and I clearly indicated I would provide a firm price once I saw the state of the home. When we met I suggested that you may want to get other quotes as you indicated it was too much but we agreed that I would do a deep clean of all bathrooms, kitchen and appliances - inside and out as you indicated you couldn’t afford to get the entire home cleaned. I even swept (because there was so much dirt), then vacuumed and mopped all the floors. It’s too bad because I had thought you’d be pleased with the extensive cleaning that was done at the last minute on a home in such a poorly maintained state.

Great job! I got a total clean on our house when we moved out. The new owners will be moving into a clean house!
