When planning a wedding, there are so many decisions to be made, and without a doubt, our best decision was choosing Tanya as our wedding planner. As a couple planning a wedding in the GTA while living 2.5 hours away, having Tanya’s expertise was priceless. Tanya responds to emails faster than anyone we know, and was able to accommodate our unpredictable work schedules. She regularly scheduled time to talk to us on evenings, weekends, and even while we were in the car coming to the GTA. Tanya provided us with a spreadsheet detailing our budget which nicely outlined all the elements of a wedding and what we should anticipate for cost. We came in under-budget which is a testament to her. She always listened carefully to what we were looking for and was able to provide a set of recommendations for all vendors that fit both our budget and style. We built this team of amazing people through her recommendations. We scheduled a few visits to Toronto and Tanya made sure we had all the necessary appointments lined up. She was present for our meetings with vendors whenever possible, and then continued to liaise with them in the background (less emails for us!). The best part was, that on the day of the wedding we were completely relaxed. Tanya had been there every step of the way and we both knew, with full confidence, that the day and evening would go just how we had planned and envisioned it. She ensured that we had something to eat and was the go-to person for anyone with questions. For the person reading this, if I could give you one piece of advice – choose Tanya. She will make the experience of wedding planning fun (it is possible!), and you can be confident that she will go out of her way to make sure your wedding is everything you have dreamed of. More...

We met Tanya at the Bridal show over a year ago and my daughter immediately said that’s the lady I want as my wedding planner. Tanya s a very friendly and organized business woman who gets the job done as promised. Every detail in the planning was perfect. She ensures that everything that was planned went smoothly even when on the day of the wedding we needed to move the wedding celebration inside because of the weather. Our daughter Jenifer and Mario were wed on September 21st 2018 and they were so very pleased with Classy Affairs wedding planner Tanya thank you so much for all your hard work through the planning process and making this day such a special one for all of us. We just got Married on August 26, 2018 - we are super eager to leave a review!! Tanya is just amazing! She was so helpful to us right from our first meeting! She was there to remind us of what we needed to do and when we needed to do them. She contacted all of our other Vendors to follow up with them. She was at our venue early to help set up and make sure our other Vendors were there as well. She is amazingly detail oriented and made sure every part of our dream wedding came to life! The flow of the day & evening was flawless, any little hiccups that might have arose were promptly taken care of by Tanya. And all the while she was extremely friendly and professional (We have been to a few weddings before with other planners that were very over the top and came off rude). She checked in on us periodically throughout the day to let us know what would be happening next and was always available throughout the day if we or anyone had any questions. We have heard from our other friends and family who had gotten married before us that their wedding day was stressful, and they were glad for it to be over. However, both me and my husband said it was truly the best night ever, and we would go back and do it all over again in a heartbeat! Words cannot describe how LUCKY we were to have Tanya from Classy Affairs as our planner! When I met Tanya for the first time, I knew that she's not going to be our wedding planner only, but our new friend! She's super nice, fun, patient, and most importantly super ORGANIZED! I am personally that kind of person that panics easily; but having Tanya by our side made everything to be on right track and we were super relax on our special day. Honestly, I never thought that people would comment on other things rather than music, decoration, dress, or dinner; but in our case a lot of of our guests mentioned how organized and entertaining our party was. Took me a while to write this review, as I find it difficult to put into words how amazing Tanya is. How amazing she is as a coordinator and as a person. As a bride, I didn't see too many fires happening on my day, but so many of my guests, and bridal party all told me how amazing my coordinator was that day. She was everyone's go to and friend. My wedding was gorgeous!! Way beyond what I thought because she hustled the entire day and made everything so beautiful. She didn't miss a detail and I'm an unorganized bride so it probably wasn't easy! Before my day and on my day I always felt like she cared about me and truly wanted the best for us on our day. She never stressed me out or pressed on me, but also made sure I was on top of things I may have forgotten. She always stayed positive with everything and made sure everything was organized and how I wanted it. She was by far the best decision I made out of the thousands of decisions I had to make for my wedding lol! My bridesmaid is actually hiring her (and she use to be a wedding planner). Tanya was absolutely fantastic! She has made my boyfriends 40th birthday an unforgettable experience. Our favorite part was the incredible dessert table that she has assembled (with HOME MADE baked good). They were delicious and to die for! Would totally recommend and use her services again in the future. Completely reliable and easy to reach, super friendly and open personality.
