What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
- What do you want to show?
- What are the elements of this project that stand out (I.E. food, the view, the bride and groom, the ceremony, the fancy pool, the kids at the wedding, special performances...)
- What story do you want to tell. (Real Estate - What kind of lifestyle will this home appeal to... Families, single people, older people?)
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my first business when i was 15 years old, it was a window washing business. I failed time and time again, but kept on knocking on doors. I learned a lot of valuable skills and perspectives from starting up my own business. My intent is to apply what i have learned to Campbell House Media, and grow it into a sustainable business.

Real Estate Photography
Basic Package: 20 interior and exterior photographs shot on a 15 mm ultra wide angle lens. Starting at $125.00.
Plus Package: 40 interior and exterior photographs shot on a 15 mm ultra wide angle lens. Starting at $200.00.
Drone add on: 10 premium HDR drone photos can be added to both basic or premium packages for an additional $150.00.
*Note, if the job is more than 10 km outside the city, I charge a fee of $1.25/per KM.
Realtor Walk through video
I can create a 2-4 minute video of realtors showing clients their newest listings. This shows the personality of the realtor and a POV walkthrough, so that the potential clients can get a better picture of the listing.
Basic Walkthrough: high quality audio, 4k quality and copyright free music. The price for this is $500.00.
Premium Walkthrough: drone footage, high quality audio, 4k quality, copyright free music. The price for this is $750.00.
*Note for listings more than 10 km outside the city of Halifax, I charge a $1.25/per KM fee.
Promotional Videos
I can do personal branding content for social media or YouTube all the way to trendy restaurant videos. You name it, I'll do it. For this package I shoot on my high quality 4k camera with a stabilizer and the option of adding drone footage (if outside city limits). These videos are fully custom and tailored to the customers needs.

Day rate for editing: $375.00
