I help individuals, couples and families who have experienced loss to move through their grief and find meaning, purpose and joy in their life. This includes losing someone that you love through separation, rejection, divorce, abandonment, betrayal, miscarriage or death. You may have lost an aspect of yourself through lost self-esteem, lost health, or lost reputation. Or perhaps you have lost a sense of safety after experiencing a traumatic event. I welcome working with you regardless of what loss you have endured. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety & depression.
