Emma knows exactly how to pack a full workout into a quick 30 minutes, targeting multiple muscles at once to get the best bang for your time. With my schedule, the more I can get in less time the better. When I started with BritFit 7 months ago I was nervous and had no idea what I was doing. Working full time makes it hard to commit to training regularly, but anyone can mange 30 minutes several times a week - even me! Emma offers flexible timings, a relaxed personalised atmosphere and she knows just how hard to push you without it being too much. As a middle aged client - I don't want to get hurt!
