Breath Integration has been a powerful personal growth tool I have utilized in my life for 25 years. I am a practitioner and teacher of this method. The tools I have learned and applied have assisted me in every aspect of my life from realtionships to career. It really has caused me to think of my life in terms of possiblities rather then problems.
