On October 30th. We ordered a couple of large pizzas from location 101-12038 248 St, Maple Ridge BC. We ordered through the app and after 1 hrs my wife decided to go and pick up. As soon as she got there, she was told that she would have to wait for another 1/2hr because our pizza was not even in the oven yet, but asked to pay for it ahead of time to avoid further delays. She sat outside for 1/2 hr and when she returned, she didn’t know anything about our order. Finally she found our order and told my wife that someone with my name (the order was under my name) had already picked It up and when my wife tried to correct her, the employee said there were too many people with my name had been in around that time and probably took our order (BS! My name is not that common) when my wife called her out, she proceeded to tell her they were too busy and she could give her a refund. My wife is now getting upset! No offer to rush her an order or an apology, just NOTHING! My wife, asked to speak to her manager thinking she would do better. Big mistake that was! The manager was worse and very dismissive and treated my wife awful, again, no offers but to refund her money which she had no choice but to accept. As she is getting a refund, the manager did not know how to work the Point of Sale machine and finally gave up and decided to go into a back office , took another 15 minutes to bring back cash but tried to short change my wife and argued further when my wife showed her the receipt and wanted all of her money back. Finally she turned to her employee and whispered “give her the f’n money”. Which she proceeded to throw in the counter. We were not asking for anything free but simply to fulfil our order and of course to be treated with dignity. We are very respectful and good members of our community and it saddened me to see my wife in tears over all over a pizza.. it’s not worth the 2 hrs that she had to wait just so she could return home empty handed and in tears. Does this reflect on the training in customer service that Domino’s gives their franchisees and their employees? Loosing customers isn’t good for business, Domino’s. Nor is tarnishing your brand because of bad franchisees and their employees. More...

It is exceedingly rare that I post a bad review but this has been an absolute nightmare and possibly the worst money I’ve spent. I did exactly what the instructions and video on the YouTube page told me to do. I love following directions, projects are fun for me. But no matter what I’ve done to fix the issue (one that they only lightly warn you about) I still have a giant leak. So after spending about 70$ to find the necessary parts to fix said leak, still, the same part of the hose leaks. I would absolutely not advice anyone, especially younger people on a budget, to buy this product because you could run into this issue as well and no have the funds to remedy it. ordered a pizza they tried to tell me they gave it to my upstairs neighbors which is me, then switched to downstairs neighbors who are not home and work nights and there answer to fix it was 45 more min for my pizza I cancelled it and asked for my money back

Horrible pizza made with no pride at the absolute bottom of the list been a long long long time since I had a pizza that was good large bubbles hardly any cheese even when I order extra or double. Toppings always mixed together because they empty the catch trays back in to the cheese if I wanted olives ect of my pizza I would have asked for it that way always a hard time getting my order right drivers regularly forget my pop or dips and if I earn a free pizza with the rewards program it's always the biggest let down get it together Domino's you are failing More...

Let me begin this post with saying that your service is "PATHETIC". I placed order from your 801 Matheson Rd W Mississauga location for delivery at 8. 45pm and the order comes in at 9.15pm. And guess what the order is wrong. The toppings were completely missing from the pizza. It had wrong crust and was cold. I then took my order to the store, and the store manager had the audacity to be arrogant and no signs of humility. I had to literally show them the order online and show them that the delivery was nowhere close to what I had ordered. When I asked is this the way they operate the restaurant, the manager was bragging about the number of chains Domino's operate. Such shameless behaviour blew me away. The manager eventually made a note for free order for next time but do you think I would take the chance with your again with guests to be fed I was so embrassed in front of my guests today that they had to wait for so long only to be served a completely substandard meal. i am VERY unimpressed with the worst pizza experience in a decade. 80 minutes but was told it was being made the second we placed the order (via order tracker). i called at the 50 minute mark and was told they were busy. so i said "fine, as long as it's fresh and hot". they assured me it was not made until right before the delivery. the pizza came cold and with huge dark air bubbles all over it. there were barely any toppings or sauce and the boneless wings were cold. i want my money back. i have an order number. pm me ASAP More...

I ordered a pizza on the app because that seems to be what all big businesses are pushing for in 2020. The order went through I received confirmation then because the store was closing shortly they called me to say, no pizza would be made and I would have my credit card refunded in 2-3 business days. Also the employee I dealt with was very odd and not particularly friendly. I am a law enforcement officer I showed up at the store in my uniform on nightshift to get my pizza or find out why they were calling me 3 times. She was condescending and cold. I didn’t appreciate the fact that this huge corporation could take my money but not even provide me with proof that I would 100% have my CC refunded. I asked for the persons name so I had a record of who I spoke with going forward she refused to provide her name. I told her she was not obligated I just wanted to Cover my butt for the refund. this is the second time I've paid close to $40 for a pizza with "triple cheese " and it has literally less than 1 millimeter sadly laid on the top. the last time I asked for double and recoeved what seemed like less than a regular amount so this time I figured I would opt for the triple option. yet I have received the same sorry amount of cheese. Horrible place. Ordered $50+ of food and was told we had a 30 minutes guarantee. We waited a hour then ended calling the store but no answer. We tried another phone to call and they answered. We nicely asked where our food was and was told that they tried to call us but nothing so they are closed now and throwing our food away. When they noticed we started to get mad they sent a driver and the entire time he yelled at us, screaming, swearing and telling us he did his job correctly when he actually went to the wrong address and we had to walk down to him. He proceeded to yell and tell us he was gonna "come up on us" after this he sped away in his car. Let's talk about horrible service and how the driver was getting closer than 6 feet without a mask. My hubby ordered food last week and it took 2 hours to arrive. When he called to complain it hadn’t arrived but online said it was done for over an hour the man said “well it’s under a heat lamp” He proceeded to call head office and complain and they credited our account for some free food. I was looking at my online banking and the charge from that day went through then two days later they reversed the charge and recharged our card for more money. I have called head office several times to ask why this happened but nobody is returning my calls. I had paid online. Why does the company have access to my card number? I’ve used a bidet for a couple years but mostly when I travelled around asia. We were looking for one that wasn’t expensive but worked with what we needed- that’s when we found Tushy! We ordered $50 worth of pizza, waited 2 hours only to find that it was delivered to the wrong address. We chose contact delivery, which allows for zero accountability. The one place we were able to order from based on where we live, moved places just outside our range.. so they can’t deliver here anymore either. We have two kids and it’s hard to leave after 8pm. They’ve complained about our landlords dog who is completely harmless, while they refused to get out of their car and called us to have us come out.. it’s really upsetting as there isn’t anyone around us open after 8. Most unprofessional and disrespectful location. After 2 decades of supporting this chain I will never order from them again. The location at 1671 Dundas St. W in Toronto is operated by amateurs who do not understand the concept of customer service. They also constantly contradict their own delivery policy. Plus the driver didn’t wear a mask when delivering my pizza! If you’re considering their pizza I highly recommend you choose one of the many other options in the area such as Blondies, Bar Poet, Pizza Fresca or even Pizza Hut. You’ve been warned! More...

Your delivery driver from #100 auburn meadows in Calgary was speeding through our neighborhood and almost hit 3 young kids. He was clearly delivering on our street as there is one way in and one way out. When I tried to approach him he sped off and then hid around the corner and waitied until I walked backup the street. I then saw him run the pizza to the house and take off without collecting payment. So frustrated the lettering fades every time I clean it. I use a natural cleaner and the directive info on the controls disappear with each clean. This needs to be cleaned and sanitized daily so why is it rubbing off? I contacted them and they said “this type of thing isn’t typically covered in our warranty” then they offered 20% off to buy a new one! The bamboo ottoman legs are painted plastic, not bamboo as their website leads people to believe, and not "bamboo coated with a protective sealant" as they repeatedly say in the comments of their Facebook ads. The dishonesty is honestly more upsetting than them using plastic for something they market as bamboo. If they were just honest about it being plastic instead of actively misleading potential customers... Unrelated but: the Tushy bidet raises the back of your toilet seat up 1/2 an inch. This measurement isn't on their site so I'm sharing it here. You'll need toilet seat bumpers but that's pretty common with bidet attachments, though there are slimmer (1/4 inch) bidet attachments out there. More...

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My high end unit (the spa) cracked in 2 different places after only 24 months. Customer service would not replace the item, but only offered a 20% discount on a new item.
