I have only $500 in my health plan for psychology each year. I book my 3 appointments with Debra and so look forward to the treat of my excursion to Halifax (from Porters Lake), to curl up on her sofa and come completely unglued with not an ounce of guilt or remorse. I am the care giver in my circle of family, friends and clients. It's is nothing less than a gift, to have Debra care for my heart, mind and soul for an hour. We laugh, I cry (Kleenex provided)...we laugh some more...sooo cathartic!! Every time I walk out of Debra's office, I'm comforted by the fact that a mental health professional just spent a whole hour with me and here I am walking out...Free as a bird! (pun intended)...no straight jacket! lol!! Thanks for all you do, Debra and Jess!! Much love and gratitude! More...
