I love attending sessions at big heart! Aleka is so passionate and informative. I love how being in the sessions allows me to feel present in my busy life. I've learned a lot about myself and my anxiety and how to manage it. The horses are beautiful, friendly and patient. I used to be afraid of horses until I attended sessions at Big Heart! I wish you where near me. I trained horses my entire life until I got pregnant with my daughter in 2008 & was put on bed rest forcing me to move back to NH. I never took medication for my mental health issues & anxiety my entire life while working with horses. But had to start meds 2 months after my daughter was born & been on them 10 yrs now because the equine industry near me is minimal at best. More...
