Learning to lift weights should be fun, empowering and confidence building.
Through remote and in-person training, I offer coaching, programming and guidance to help you get stronger and fitter.

Workout at home! I provide comprehensive coaching and programming for you to get stronger and fitter at home - no matter what equipment you have.

Comprehensive at home postpartum workout programming:
The program is $75 per month which includes:
-3 x workouts per week (they are between 30-45mins long).
-Coaching, feedback and accountability directly from me.
-Workouts are a combination of strength and HIIT training - they are postpartum safe and also include a number of pelvic floor breathing exercises.
-Access to weekly zoom class - Wednesday at 11:30am (first class free for all non-members too!)
-Facebook Community Group (open to anyone to join!)
-Content from postpartum experts
