We have had such a great experience building our dream home with Beacon Homes! Courtenay has been great to work with, always giving different ideas and lots of options for various aspects of the build. We are very happy with how quick our house has come together, but also appreciate Courtenay’s attention to detail and we know that there was never a sacrifice in the quality of work being done. Whether you stick with the standard Beacon Homes specs, a lot of which is considered an upgrade for other builders, or go with lots of upgrades, you can be sure you’ll end up with a beautiful home. The whole process from picking out a floor plan, deciding on finishings and then the final wrap up stage, has been seamless and stress free, much of which comes from knowing Courtenay has yours(and your family’s!) best interests in mind.
