The gentleman that came out to give us a quote, spoke enough English to understand and really knew his stuff. Had a quote from them. The price is very competitive. I picked them to do the job. I am in trades myself and I find that their product quality was very good, but workmanship of the installers was not up to my standards. I had to supervise the work myself for the whole duration of work and corrected them on the worker's corner cutting on the support posts. At the end, workers was very annoyed of me and I was annoyed by how careless and ignorant they were. Even after the deck covering was installed and leaked water right away when it was raining. I had to call their office and have them come back and enhance the waterproofing. They did come back and corrected the problem. It looks good now. Their response to my complaint was fast and effective. I strongly believe they should re-train their installers properly. Aside from that, their price was the best.
