Do not call this company for service!! All I needed done was burying/fish for four surround sound speaker wires for my stereo system. They seemed clueless when talking to a technician who called, and weren't even able to bring speaker wire with them. Then they finally booked an appointment for today, I took the day off work to be here, then they didn't show up. Their customer service rep on text message said the technician removed himself from the job because 'it seemed too complicated'. No one told me it was cancelled. It appears to be a front company where they just take jobs and try and find third party contractors to do the job for them to pretend they are Auxe employees. DO NOT BOOK with them!!! They say they are experts and don't even have speaker wire for pete sake!! I tried emailing Matt twice from the bark profile and no reply. What a joke. More...
