Came all the way from Oshawa to eat here and it was definitely worth it!
Great food served!
I haven't tasted a wrap better than the wrap that I ate here in Aunty's.
And I could tell from the fusion that it was their most pupular dish.

Used Aunty's Kitchen to cater for brother's wedding. Food was amazing and really really tasty!

Zahid himself was on top of everything which was great! Staff was amazing, a teeny bit confused with the huge number of crowd at the ladies side but very polite.

Overall a great experience, would cater from them again and again. Dessert was so good that it finished despite the large quantities before any of the hosts could try it.

Pleasantly surprised!! Expectations do lead to disappointment..but as far as value and service - this place/the people really know their stuff! Only put-off is the sign on a washroom that says 'handicap' ...I would recommend a revise to 'accessible' or even go the distance of making it a family washroom with change table - as we are more aware and truly able in keeping with our advancements in roles, family& times! There is room to improve or expand...for example (Paramount) I would suggest a place to pray, sound control to the area and/or a TV screen for CP24/visual amenities (viewing menu items, information, advertising). The daily deals/lunch menu and naan...offers REAL bang for your buck...while allowing your interests and choice in food ideas to flow covering all bases in taste/flavour for a REAL and AWESOME dining experience (compare Food Time, Karachi Kitchen, Silverspoon...)! The space and atmosphere is enjoyable and certainly sociable for a getaway from the everyday! Personally, my hubby makes the BEST butter chicken, though - hands down! It was my first time at Aunty's Kitchen & I've been meaning to try their food for a while now so I was very excited (& famished). I don't think there is a single thing I didn't absolutely love about the place. The ambience is nice and chill and the staff are so pleasant and extremely welcoming. The food was absolutely perfect and I cannot wait to go back!

Went there for the first time last night. We ordered chicken paratha roll, butter chicken poutine and pindi ribs. Food was actually very good. Naan was really soft served with butter. Had the Halwa Puri for lunch on a Sunday. For my first experience of Pakistani food, this was fantastic. The Halwa and bread was sweet. The curry was a good level of spicy. Egg was greay too, could have had a plate of just that with naan and would have been fine. Staff was courteous and friendly. Nice location, especially when the sunlight hits the store front. Loved it !! The naans were light and melt in your mouth soft. They were unlike any other naans we had before. The nihari was really delicious. The quality of the meat was really good and it wasnt unnecessarily spicy or oily..it tasted like homemade nihari.
The msd kabab rolls were the best I have ever had and were at par with the khadda market rolls of karachi. Infact, these were much more healthy and cleanly/freshly made.
Chana masala curry was excellent and so was their butter chicken!
Everything was freshly made, full marks for cleanliness & ambiance, ample seating, customer service was top notch. Also enjoyed the pakistani music in the background. Highly recommended ! More...

We drove past the restaurant several times and thought, “meh another desi restaurant.” Although the name did intrigue us and elicited a few snickers. My family finally went on a whim and were not disappointed. We ordered the butter chicken poutine and Islamabadi boti. Both were flavourful dishes but I was partial to the poutine because who can resist butter chicken and when it’s loaded on a plate of fries = yummmo! Make sure to check in on fb to get your free kheer.

Oh and I forgot about the naan. It was thin, flaky and delicious! None of that yeasty tasting stuff you get most of the time. So good! More...

We went there as a last minute plan bcuz we were sooooo hungry and as i saw the menu before going i saw nihari poutin and said lets get this . .. so we got there ordered biryani and nihari poutine and myyy was that the best choice ever!!!! We walked in the spacing was great u can actually smell the food it was amazing ... and by the time we got our food (which did not take long ) it looked mind blowing .. the portion was just perfect for 3 hungry people nihari was deff the best way ive ever ate before 10/10 ... biryani was sooo good and i love biryani so if its not good i wont eat but this one was amazing . 10 on 10 not oily at all jist the right amount of speices...


Recommended for everyone to go and try and support a goos business in neighborhood!!!

Finally tried this place and I loved it! The place is styled to have a casual, contemporary feel and the aunty/uncle concept is creative :) The food is very fresh and of high quality. My favourites were the spicy chicken naan pizza, butter chicken, nihari poutine, kebabs and the naan. The naan were excellent, they are differently styled, made thinner and softer than traditional naans, really awesome! And the fact that the naan are unlimited makes it even better! The chai was also awesome, hot and karak. The ribs and lamb chops could be improved but were good nonetheless. The service was excellent with friendly and accommodating staff. Although i am not paid for this review but it may sound like it. So far this place has surprised me big times. I started here by ordering couple of Kabab Rolls and Nihari for take out. I enjoyed the Kabab roll very much and left Nihari to try the next day but it was too late. Family told me that it was so good that they couldn't resist and finished it all. I than took my family for dine in the next day and ordered Nihari again to try that myself along with tandoori chicken. When my order arrived, i was so happy to see that Nihari had the perfect colour, the right thickness, great meat quality, clean look and the taste was something that reminds me of my favourite backhome Nihari place. They have very different textured Naans that are not too thick and very soft in chewing yet great taste wise. Tandoori Chicken was well seasoned with right amount of spices and well cooked. Masala fries with hint of black pepper and lime taste were also worth trying. In the end they offered me this great tasting Kheer in sakoras for free because I checked in on Facebook.
They have a lot more dishes that I still have to try but i am impressed already. This place is very clean and well staffed and I loved the service also.
All in all I really enjoyed eating out there and my 5 stars are truly what they deserve. More...

Beautiful ambience, extremely friendly staff. Food was excellent. My favorite was their Karachi kebabs and nihari. Butter chicken pasta was something new and quite tasty. Their Ramadan buffet was diverse and definitely worth it.

Months ago, I've dined at Aunty's to try their famous butter chicken which comes with salad and naan. The portions were humongous and I had plenty of leftovers (it was like two meals worth of food! ) The butter chicken sauce was really flavourful, but quite heavy on the stomach. That's why for this particular visit, I decided to order something lighter and went for the tandoori wrap. The wrap consisted of tandoori chicken pieces covered in spicy mayo. It's a simple wrap with only two ingredients for the filling, but it was simply delicious! It tasted as good as it smelled too. The variety of spices made it very aromatic. There was just the right amount of spice which made it tasty. It was a bit of a wait for them to make the wrap, but we were offered a free drink for the wait - that's awesome customer service which I appreciate! It's uncommon to see that for a place in the plaza. Music is also quite loud here but their playlist is great. Overall, food is yummy, price is decent, and portions are huge. They do have discounts every now and then which are shown on the sign by the plaza entrance on University Ave so I'd keep an eye out for that. I'd come back again! More...

I almost always purchase the Fish Curry and I'm always pleasantly surprised by how good it tastes. It comes with either the choice of a salad or fries - I always go for the salad to balance out the meal. They changed the salad about a year ago and it's much tastier now. Would recommend trying!Only criticism is they replaced all metal cutlery with plastic ones. Less enjoyable experience to be cutting a fried fish with a plastic spoon. The butter chicken sauce is flavorful, aromatic, but not overpowering which is very nice for a quick eat. Now, the amount of food is a lot. .. a lot of rice, fries (or salad), and naan along with your selection which will be plenty to induce a food coma. This is me being picky but the naan has changed over the years and it has become less fluffy and more stiff which is the main reason for the -1. Otherwise, when you get your meal always ask for the spicy ketchup and spicy mayo, maybe even the garlic sauce as well. All these sauces help add a variety of flavors to your experience!
