Annie is fabulous to work with. She helped me resolve health issues that I had been living with for 24 years which numerous doctors could not figure out. I loved how she uses her scientific knowledge of nutrition in a really tailored way along with diet protocols that are easy to engage with and realistic. I'm immensely grateful for Annie's wisdom and support as well as her caring and realistic approach. If you are like me and you've had health issues that you've not been able to figure out I highly recommend you reach out to Annie to work her science-based magic! More...

Annie Gaudreault is an exceptional coach and nutritionist. I have worked with her first as a running coach, and subsequently as a nutrition and wellness coach. She is passionate, knowledgeable, encouraging and inspiring and all the while, she is non-judgemental. I have learned so much working with her, both one on one, and in group settings and all the time I’ve spent learning with her has been enriching. I have a healthier lifestyle thanks to Annie! Q&As

Nutrition is the foundation of health. However, while there are some overall principles of good nutrition, everyone is unique. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach, but rather, look at the person's unique circumstances, challenges and environment.

What I love the most is seeing people transform in front of my eyes! Their quality of life changes dramatically from the work that we do together. There is no higher honour for me.

I became a nutritionist after a successful career in the marketing world. While I liked that work, it was not aligned with my own values. I went back to school to become a nutritionist in my forties to serve the needs of women who are often neglected by the health care system. I bring maturity and understanding to my work that only a 25 prior career could provide.

I have a reputation for integrity and compassion and I solve women's health challenges! This is why women choose me. I am also an endurance athlete and live what I preach. Women like to work with me partially because I inspire them. In my fifties I am extremely active, while caring for my family and building my business.

My company was always designed to provide services remotely. I have clients all over North America. We work primarily through Zoom, and also via phone. My goal is to be as flexible as possible for my clients.

Because of the virtual aspect of my services, my clients are always safe. Obviously, as a nutritionist, I guide my clients to build a solid health foundation to prevent, as much as possible, from disease, including Covid-19.

Services

A custom approach is applied specifically to support your unique needs. It results in your own wellness plan which includes specific diet, supplementation, activity as well as rest and rejuvenation. A minimum of 3 months is required to ensure that new habits are implemented with success. Weekly virtual sessions set up either during the day or evening and complemented by text / email.
