Not sure what's gone wrong with the support but whilst theme is nice the support seems non existent. One of my support tickets got closed without a response and my current one hasn't had a response for over 1 week, chased it up again and 4 days so far still no response. First of all, I must say that I got 96 points on the desktop and 92 on the mobile in the Google page speed insights with this theme, even using the shared economic hosting of Godaddy, the software is really installed with one click, everything from the text to the updated plugins, when I had a problem with the site, in my case the search bar was not showing the automatic suggestions, Matej from the Proteus team, entered my website and not only solved the problem, but also wrote me showing how he has solved it, it works with elementor and you can customize it to your liking, I am more than happy with this and I recommend it to my friends, in the past I have been frustrated with other themes that simply don't work as expected, they are complicated, this works like a charm, in google you can also find a 10% discount coupon if you look for it, I must also say that the one click installation, allows enable this powerful tool to all people who lack advanced programming skills like myself.

Poor service. They company stops supporting their products at whim, even though if you keep using the theme and update your plugins to stay secure you are hit with error messages about the un-updated theme. Will not buy a theme from them again. Only buy if you do not expect to use the theme on your site long term. They give you no option to pay for updates More...

Proteus has good templates, I just downloaded the woonderjungle theme & it is not installing onto my wordpress backend. Pathetic Service, especially for the money I spent, Also i tried to contact them & they haven't got back to me 12 hrs, really poor service & poor theme delivery. ?☹️?

Would not recommend this company. I bought the Readable theme and after my license expired the customizer was blocked. I can not edit my site options. The customizer is something fundamental and unrestricted in a Wordpress theme. Blocking it is the same as forcing the client to pay a monthly fee or annuity to re-edit it. That's not fair. I did not ask for free updates, just the right to edit the theme options in the version I bought. The product page does not report this condition. I'm disappointed. More...

I don't understand how anyone can rate this company less than 5 stars. Excellent themes, tools, staff, design. All of it. (read this next line in it's entirety) I have been messing with HTML and CSS since I was 12, but far from an expert . I am 25 now and thanks to these guys I did not have to put those skills to the test even once. I have so many other things to do and worry about. I have to manage my time very carefully, as do you. I do not have the time to design a site, or want to spend the money to have someone else build my site for me and have them sustain it. What was the solution? Proteus Themes. Saved a bunch of time and money, and in business, it's the same thing. The theme I use is Auto. I built 75% of my site in one night and had fun doing it.
